Welcome to QuestClass. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use QuestClass.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Where required, learners must have consent from a parent/guardian or institution.

2. Educational Content & License

• All content (lessons, quizzes, artwork, code, and designs) is protected by intellectual property laws.
• QuestClass grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform or content without written permission.

3. Virtual Rewards

• XP, coins, tokens, badges, crystals, and other in-app rewards are virtual items with no monetary value.
• We may adjust reward systems or progression for balance and quality of service.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security, or interfere with other users’ experience.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Some features may require payment in the future. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be provided when paid features launch. A separate Refund Policy will apply to paid plans.

6. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep QuestClass available and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Disclaimers

QuestClass is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuestClass and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
